I did not live here, but when I dropped by to look for an apartment. The people at the offices did not want to greet me or just to say somrthing like "we will be with you in a minute". I then understood that because I am a foreigner I was not welcome there, and left.

Okay, just to clarify before I say anything, I am in no way fond of Turtle Creek, or most of the residents that I have had the displeasure of dealing with. And above all else, I abhor one of the managers. But that is probably one of the most naive and biased reviews I have ever seen, for any complex, ever. The management being lackluster and difficult to deal with has nothing to do with your skin color, I promise.
