After spending 6 years in various other apartment communities, I have to say that Turtle Creek rates at the top. The staff is great! They provide services before you even have to ask for them. The last apartment community that I lived in in Little Rock was brand new and very plush however, for the price and the service that was provided by their staff it was not worth it. Turtle Creek is classy! You won't find a friendlier community or staff!
