I have been in Turtle Creek several years. Since I have been here some "great" things have happened. 1. Management filled in the hot tub with a "fountain." From what I can tell the "fountain" is a concrete slab (filled in hot tub). 2. Putting green made into a "dog park." From what I can tell management put up a circle of chain link fence and quit maintaining the landscape. 3. Put "hard woods" in the upgraded units. Really' That is not hard wood... it is called laminate. 4. Stopped answering the phone. The answering service does not do the job of an onsite employee. 5. We got a note on our doors yesterday that now we are losing our security systems (GREAT in the wake of all of the personal attacks and tragedy of late) for WiFi in the pool area'! Let me know how many people you see using their laptops at the pool... please.

Also new parent company is raising rent. If you are looking for an upscale apartment experience please go further out west... much further.
