I have lived at Turtle Creek for a little over a year, and I have been very pleased so far. The office staff is great and have been very pleasant on the phone any time I have called them about a repair. The maintenance staff is phenomenal and VERY quick to fix things, usually the same day a repair request is made. Turtle Creek is a very peaceful, relaxing place to live. The grounds are very pretty and usually very quiet. I feel secure around the apartments due to the gated access, intrusion alarms, and the signs around the property notifying the public that intrusion alarms are in use. I like that most of the parking spaces are covered and lit. The one complaint I have is that I wish Turtle Creek could have residents register their cars and only allow two cars per resident at most in the parking lots. There is a family living across the hall from me who own three cars. One of them is a car that is kept covered with a tarp and is rarely used, yet it is parked in front of our building so that none of the other residents may use the space closer to the building. I have also noticed that some residents often allow several friends and/or relatives to stay with them, and they bring all of their cars with them, and they repeatedly take up many parking spaces (especially close to the buildings) that we residents who pay rent to live there need. Other than the parking problem, I have loved living here and plan to stay a while. I highly recommend Turtle Creek apartments.
