I would not advise this apartment complex because they charge a premium to live here and the complex's management does not warrant the premium they charge. I will give you examples. I had a situation where Noise complaints were received on my behalf. There were 4 people inside my apartment playing cards and drinking and the noise was not in my opinion excessive; however, the neighbor underneath me was sensitive to noise and called management rather than bringing the issue to my attention. I wrote management a professional letter describing the situation along with my apologies. When I went into the office to follow-up on the letter 1 of the 3 members of management present called me a liar because she remembered a situation differently from me. A second was unruly almost to the point of yelling instead of courteously doing what she could to rectify the situation. A 3rd manager present was very professional, but 2 out of 3 is terrible in my opinion.

Another unfortunate situation is the whirl pool located by the swimming pool. It did not work the entire 8 months I stayed there. I was told by a third party that the maker of the whirl pool died and his family would not turn over the blue prints where the pipes are located underneath it so they are either unable to repair it or it would be difficult or expensive. The whirlpool is roped off by yellow construction tape, is empty and looks tacky. However, they advertise that they have a whirlpool and each resident pays a rental fee as though they have access to the whirlpool.

The last negative living experience I would like to bring to any prospective residents attention is the security gate that lets residents in to the community. It is frequently out of order. Residents pay for this security feature and the sense of safety it brings; however, it was repeatedly out of order and the gate was wide open often for a week at a time. You make your own decision but I do not recommend this place if the above issues are of importance to you.
