Not particularly nice, not particularly bad. Very quiet, but no facilities whatsoever. Pool is small and right next to the parking lot. They also like to renovate it during summer so you can't actually use it. Security gates broken most of the time. No laundry room. Gym is a joke! Staff is nice and helpful. Plan on not getting your deposit back. I left the place in spotless condition - never saw my money back. Also, you can't rent month-to-month after the initial lease. They want to keep you on a lease forever. Doesn't make sense to me and cost me couple 1000 $. Rent is for a luxury place with very little to show for it.

The gym has been updated recently with flat screen tvs, and it has all of your basic equipment you could need. All of the apartments either have Washer/Dryer connections or a washer/dryer so there is no need for a laundry room, and you can go month-to-month at the end of your lease, it's just more expensive.
