Turtle Creek

I have lived at Turtle Creek for roughly 7 months now. I will be the 1st to admit that from the outside this is not the "cutest" apartment complex around. Calais, across the street for example, looks very nice from the outside, but the apartments on the inside are not near as nice, nor as big as my apartment, and only offers a stackable washer and dryer. Then, for example, Napa Valley Apartments next door, look SO much better than Turtle Creek, but I went into Napa Valley the other day with a friend of mine who is looking to move, and I was not impressed at all. The appliances and fixtures were right out of the 80's. My apartment when I moved in had all brand new name brand appliances, new carpet, new hardwood floors in the kitchen, new counter tops, fixtures, etc... it was a brand new apartment inside.

I have only had to have 1 maint. call while I have lived here, the a/c had a slow water leak that was dripping onto the carpet inside the closet in the hallway. The maint. guy was here within a 1/2 hour and it was Sunday night. Brandy and Wendy are very friendly when I go in to the office. The pool and hot tub area are nice, and I have only seen the hot tub empty once for like 3 days. So I'm not sure what the other reviews were saying about it being down for 8 months. That is just not true. And they say the pool is small, I don't know where they get that either, it's a nice sized pool. The tennis courts are some of the nicest I've seen in Little Rock.

And I'm not a manager at Turtle Creek posting comments like the other messages before me suggested.
