I love how every good review just has to be written by someone who works here. It's so completely impossible that someone actually LIKE living here. But seriously, i lived here for a year and loved it. My rent was only $580 for over 700 square feet, brand new appliances, brand new washer and dryer included, covered parking, and wooded view for no extra charge (which is a big reason i was turned off by Chenal Lakes, they charged extra for wooded and lake views).
I seriously looked at over 20 apartment complexes and this one really was the best for the price. I'm not saying it was perfect. I got lucky by living in a building on the very end of the row that was all 1 bedrooms, because parking was better there. If you lived somewhere in the middle, around all the 2 bedroom buildings, parking seemed a little more sparse. And i never thought that covered parking mattered to me, but i definitely got spoiled by it. It was so nice when i got in my car in the middle of the afternoon in the summer and i don't almost pass out from the heat of my car.
One of the most important things to me about living in this apartment was that in the entire year i was there i never saw a single roach. That is HUGE for me because i have a giant phobia. I did have the occasional spider or grasshopper, but nothing frightening. Another very important thing was the massive walk-in closet. Seriously, i could fit a twin bed in that thing and rent it out on my own.
Also, the air conditioning units were less than a year old, so even running the AC the majority of the day in the middle of the summer, my bill only got up to 65 bucks.
The ladies who work in the office were super nice and helpful. They even remembered my name before i could remember theirs.
The only reason i moved away from here was because i needed a 2 bedroom and the only 2 bedrooms they had available at the time were a little to pricey for me (due to new granite counter tops, new wood cabinets, hardwood floors, track lighting, etc). I think their 1 bedrooms are very reasonably priced for all you get, but their 2 bedrooms can be a little expensive if they're the updated ones, considering that they only go up to 950 square feet. But i think their prices have gone down since they're owned by a different company now (i only know this because one of my friends recently moved there) x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk
