I have lived in these apartments since 2005. I LOVE it here!! The location is great, minutes away from highways, eating, shopping, etc. After looking at EVERY apartment in West LR, this was the last one I looked at and the first one I would recommend. I was somewhat hesitate on looking at these because I KNEW they were too nice and wayyy out of my price range. After 3 months of looking, I finally decided to wonder in and give it a change. This was when I knew I found my new home. I moved into my 1 bedroom soon after looking. Although, everything is wonderful, sometimes the parking can get a little nerve racking, but that's probably going to happen at every apartment unless there are assigned spots. The covered parking is amazing and also a plus since they are not extra...first come first serve. The walk-in closet is unbelievable!!! Out of all the 20 apartments I looked at, this closet is larger than those whose rent was $800 or more. The only downfall to these apartments is out of the 700 sq. foot, the bathroom is somewhat small, but who spends most of there time in the bathroom :) Overall, the 1 bedroom is the BEST is LR for the price you will pay. If you are looking for more in these apartments, expect to pay well over $700...TRUST I can tell you about EVERY apartment in West LR while I in my search.
