Horrible Management & Facilities. Keep away from these apartments.

I have lived in Turtle creek apartments for 3 years and recently the management changed. The new management is very careless, never attends to your needs on time and very rude.
The gate often doesnt work and you have bugs and roaches in some of the apartments. Atleast I had in mine.
I had to vacate the apartments 6 months back and I am still not able to get rid of them. I get a bill for a months rent that I already paid and when I call them and explain, they say "We are sorry and will fix it". But nothing happens. Today I got the same bill for the thrid time mentioning they will give it to collection agencies.
This is how reckless the management is. No peace of mind.

I am a resident as well as work in the office. I am highly disturbed by this review. Since I have been employed here we have always has an excellent work environment and are extremely organized in the office. Concerning the gate, any issues need to be reported to the office. We have a contract with a company who fixes and maintains the gate. You will not go to a completely gated community and not have issues with the gate. As far as bugs go, we have an exterminator come every other week to spray for bugs. If you are having an issue with bugs again let the office know and we will take care of it. I have never had a complaint from our residents concerning roaches. I am not for sure if you are contacting the correct office concerning your rent or any complaint. If you are no longer a resident and you owe us money then and you want to dispute this you need to contact the office immediately. I have not heard of the complaint that you are stating above, concerning a bill for rent that you have already paid. If these are indeed complaints that you need resolved you should take them up with your office staff. Please do not post incorrect information on the internet. I am proud to be a resident at Turtle Creek and Proud to part of the office team. We have a wonderful community who prides them self on there excellent residents. The staff is here to take care of the residents and as far as I am concerned we do an excellent job at meeting this.
