These are by far the worst apartments safety wise, money wise. My car tires have been sliced with ice-picks and the management's remark is to move and pay one month's rent as fine. My other car has been keyed multiple times. Always loud music outside. If you care for your safety, stay away from this Hell Hole. It used to be called Reserve at Greenwood before, but it is still the same old hell hole. Pleasant Point is no better. If you are international then you are totally screwed.
