Not worth the money

For $509 a month for a 1 bed apt im glad we are just using it as a base and NOT somewhere we are calling home. The rent for the apt..RIP OFF ALERT!!!! Have seen other apts in nicer areas which have cheaper rent and better services. As for the 2, 3 bedroom apts its still not good value for money
When we moved here last year the management was as nice as pie, then after that the really didnt care what happened.
They do not do bug sprays and since we have been here have only changed the filters twice. The water bill is divided between the building you live in, not by what you use. Im still confused as to why we have to pay water here and at other apts its included in the rent''''
Noise is a big issue. We have complained on a few occasions about the noise yet it still persists.
Maintenance is a big issue. They are under staffed and over worked and they do a shoddy job as they are rushing to get the jobs done and move onto the next.
Safety is also a concern, which stems from the types of people that reside here.
Staff are difficult to chat with, from my view aslong as they get the rent they couldnt care less what goes on.
The washer/dryers are small and are the kind of units you would find in a cheap motel.
We are moving at the end of our lease and have been tempted to break it and move to a complex where the services, area is more inviting. When i asked them why the renst was so high the response was it coz of the area in which they are located.
$509 may not seem much, but for what you get out of it compared to other apt complexes you are not getting that much of a great deal.
Use these apts as a last resort if you cant find anywhere else to reside

FYI!!! I am NOT an employee, nor have I ever been an employee. So don't try to justify me for my opinion.

The prices for the units are based on the current market rates for the competitors. The unit standards have been upgraded over the last couple of months. Pest control is completed on a weekly basis plus any complaints are addressed. The water bills are based on the number of occupants in the units and the unit size. The site has a full maintenance staff (1 supervisor, 3 techs and 1 grounds person). *Shirley Greer, Property Manager*
