I'm a resident at Valley Crossing apt. and i must say that the new management that has taking over is great! they get the work done and they are so nice they even stood by the entrance on my way to work and gave me orange juice and a muffin. Valley Crossing is great place to live and Rashad (hope i spelled it right)is great!

you must be on drugs or something. They are not the greatest management ive come across. they couldnt organise a piss up in a brewery!!

I hate to tell you, pleased, but there is not new management. Rashad has been there a long time, at least the last year or so. The muffin and juice thing has been done before, at least once a year. Don't feel special, cause your not. When we moved out, this same management (yes, Rashad) lost our file, the one with our move in inspection sheet on it, and tried to make us pay for damages that existed before we moved in. Luckily for us, we made a xerox copy of our inspection sheet when we moved in in case something like that happened. The very damages (mostly carpet) that they were trying to say we were responsible for just happened to be noted on our move in inspection sheet! By the time we moved out, they had been though 3 different changes of staff and this was the reason they gave for them not having thier own copy of our inspection sheet. Whatever. They tried to pull a fast one and retain our deposits, but anticipated this and won in the end as far as that goes. Though after repeated phone calls and even one to the head guy, Eric in thier home office, we finally got our deposit back after 90 days. BTW, they have caller ID, and if you call all the time and repeatedly get thier voice mail, they are there, they just don't want to deal with you. Don't beleive me? Call up there and when you receive voice mail, call from an unknown number they don't recognize...see how quick they answer the phone.

My name is Mrs. Estel Ritters my son lives at pleasant pointe now whoever wrote this must be a old worker mad or something that they got fired because that young man is on top of things. everytime i go in to pay my son rent he is so sweet and nice so is the rest of the staff. I doubt if he lost anything of yours. when i saw this i called just to see how long he been working only 7months! You sound bitter about something but i won't let u take it out on Rashad cause he has made a big difference. So glad the old management is not here they were horrible lost my son checks, was rude.
