We have lived here for a little over a year and have had issues with maintenance since day one. There have been leaks in the roof for 6 months that caused mold, and then theres the plumbing problems, and the windows and doors. not to mention the dangerous spiders and black wasps that overwhelm both indoors and out. Often the dumpsters are left un-emptied for weeks at a time so the trash flows into the parking lot along with all the critters that like trash. Management has been impossible to deal with they never return calls, pass maintenance requests on or follow up on anything.
