I lived in Waterford Apt. 6 months... Not a very good experience at all. The management was not very helpful at all, very rude and did not approach situations professionally at all. We had issues with maintanence in our apartment and it took them almost a month to resolve. I would not suggest Waterford to my worst enemy.
