i have lived at waterfords for over a year.
maintenance and office people sucked. when calling to have some one come out and fix something in my apartment-they forgot and no one never showed up. i had to call back. they have had 3 cars broken into this past summer. when i first moved there the constructions of the building was falling apart and took maintenance 6 months to fix. the appliance are old and outdated. i pay high price rent and feel like i live in the ghetto!!!!
