I've been here for about 4 months and i'm planning on breaking the lease but for a good reason. Not only have my appartment been broken into, it is a horrible location, i've had to call the police more then 3 times for noise and for graffetti on the appartment, it reeeallly unsafe, very. This is my first apartment, and i've defently learned my lesson....do research before you move anywhere!! The people in the front office is very unhelpful. When i told them i was going to move because i felt unsafe and i was the only female here at the time and my appartment is by the woods, and my appartment has been broken into and kicked in...the only thing they could say was "Well, you have an alarm, and you can't break the lease". No consideration whatsoever. I even talked to the maintance man who said that he was gettin' tired of fixing kicked in doors. it's pittahful'. seriously. I'm in the military, and i feel really disrespected. Even if i wasn't in the military, i will still feel very disrespected. But i can't wait to get up out of here and not only move closer to my job, but to a safer location.
