If you are a good tenant and pay your rent on time, the staff make sure you get what you need done actually done. Any repairs to the place were done immediately and all measures were taken to ensure attention to the exact problems. The gated feature was nice, albeit it didn't stop followers from coming in. ONE BIG PROBLEM: If it ices or snows and you're stuck on the top hill, be patient because no salt or sand will be put onto the slippery slope. Several people & I had to sprinkle rock and table salt on the hill to melt the ice and snow. The parking is perhaps the biggest drawback b/c if you have a visitor, it is inconvienient for them to park 100 feet or more away from your home. All and all, I give it a B . The staff & maintenance are friendly and knowledgeable; the scenery is wooded and near a park allowing for recreation. My energy bills were reasonable (accounting for hot summers and cold winters of course). Overall, it's nicer than most people will or would give it credit for.

Actually, they lied and told us they sold the company to cover up their crappy service. Do NOT trust them. They will lie to your face about your lease terms. They have given away half of the parking to visitors, but they "will allow the residents to park there any time". So you get better treatment if you don't live here. That should say it all. RUN FAR FROM THIS PLACE.
