Oh, things have definitely gone downhill from when those reviews were written. They sold the apartments to a large company. They now have absolutely ZERO standards for who they let in. The place is filled with drug dealers, thugs and prostitutes. There was one guy who would stand outside with his cup full of booze and hit on EVERY single female (regardless of age) that walked by. He disappeared one day and we saw him on the news three days after that because he is wanted for murder. This was about a month or so after the resident police officer was dragged off to jail.

The final straw was when the apartment next door starting being rented out to----------------guy after----------------guy. Now, there's nothing wrong with----------------guys, but this is a group of young guys who all move in for one month, don't pay their rent, get kicked out, and somehow get their friends moved in. There are about 15 of them all living in the one bedroom apartment with no furniture. It is the same 15 guys, just the name on the lease changes each month. Without fail, they all move in after 12pm, clomping up the stairs. They stay up all night yelling real loud and walking all over our balcony.

Another thing going on there is the gradual erosion of the parking. Every couple of weeks, another parking place is lost to a backhoe or some other machinery. Instead of dropping visitors parking, they take away a spot or two of tenant parking and mark it for visitor parking.

And let's not forget the 2.5 inch roaches that crawl in and out of your door because there is a large gap between the door and the floor. Morons sitting at the gate blocking traffic because their ghetto friends can't afford a phone to hook up to the call box. Idiots pulling up to the gate at 2:30 in the morning blasting their music and honking the horn like that's gonna make the gate open. Little kids bouncing their balls off people's cars after scratching on the hood with a stick. The swimming pool that is open for two weeks a year and I have never seen being cleaned. The mailman comes around 7pm everyday, except when you are expecting a check. then he drops it off early in the morning so everyone has a chance to go through your mailbox and find it.

I am saving up to get out of there ASAP!
