Wierd feeling!

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003
 
Recently myself and a friend visited here to possibly rent and after we lefted something in my gut just told me that this wasn't a safe place to live. Be causious b/c at first it seems nice but then I just had a feeling telling me this wasn't the place to live.
