This apt was not well managed or maintained.I had only lived her for a month and already there was a problem. My electric bill was 2 and 1/2 times the usual amount. Plus we could never get the apt warm. Finally 3 months later maint discovered that when my heat came on so did my air. Which made my bill go thru the roof. When I told them about this they of course did nothing. The office staff came in one day unannounced. They mistook my wife for someone who was not supposed to be here. They screamed at her that she was gonna be sued. Not know what was going on my wife was very upset. She did not even recieve an apology. There was a leak that appeared in our closet. They made a hole in my wall and NEVER fixed it. All of our clothes got this horrible smell, we couldn't use the closet, and it made me kids sick. I nor my family felt safe. There were always people hanging out by the cars. Not even if it were free would I live here again.
