Have lived here for 2 1/2 years and have had no problems. The staff are very courteous and helpful. Any problems are corrected in an expeditious manner.Have recommended to several other people and feel that the price is good and the location is convienent to the state capitol and downtown areas.

MY FAMILY MOVED TO CHENAL LAKES IN 2003 AND MOVED OUT 2007. BIG MISTAKE!!! WE LOVED CHENAL LAKE. THE STAFF WAS GREAT,THEY WERE ALWAY FRIENDLY AND KNEW US BY NAME. MY DAUGHTERS WERE ABLE TO GO OUTSIDE AND PLAY IN PEACE. EVERYONE IN OUR AREA KEPT A LOOKOUT FOR ONE OTHER. WE'RE MAKING PLANS

This place sucks! The apartment manager didn't help when new neighbors moved in and were causing noises with their little kid all throughout the evening.
They also sent me charges for about 1300 bucks when I moved out. Ha. They aren't getting any money from me.
