I've been in the my apartment for almost two months, and I will say, I wish I would have looked a little longer for an apartment. The grounds are well kept, but the thing that get me is the office staff. They are the most unfriendly and most unhelpful people in the world. Maybe its me, but from talking to other residents, I'm not alone.

The office staff is a little rude but the place is kept up well and if you need anything they are willing to help you in any way you can. It is the cheap and good to live in. I just signed for a second year.

I just signed on at these apartments and I thought they were lovely for the price. The people were really friendly too. Maybe you caught them on a bad day.

I am an EX resident of these apartments, and as I see and read all of the bad responses, it makes me wonder what the heck is happening.
When I was a resident everything was spectacular. The Management was EXCELLENT.. I even became great friends with one of the staff members.. In the middle of my lease the management changed and it all stayed the same. I never had to request anything more than one time, and everything I ask for was taken care of almost immediately.
I now know that there was a management change and I pity the residents. If I were to ever need an apartment again, I would probably search the state trying to find either of the two management staffs I dealt with..

Of course they are very friendly when your signing the lease, then after that they are rude & dont't care after that.
Hey Management Quit trying to post Positive comments under "Anonymous". You apartment complex sucks, fix your problems & quit being rude to your residents.
