Technically this has been a residence to part of our family for approximately 1 year, but to all of our family for the last 7 months. Upon moving into a "brand new apartment" there were many things that were not done. The carpet seperated almost immediately where it had been cut to lay. The paint on the walls is so thin that you rub it and there is a bare spot. The grounds were still under construction as we moved in, but after multiple times of laying sod we have a very unlevel landscape where it is more likely to twist your ankle than to walk evenly. The pool has slipping hazards, and I have witnessed many people fall, and no they were not running. The parking lot is unsafe and there in inadaquate parking or driving areas. There are no speed signs and the surface is literally crumbled to the point in many areas that it is possible to bottom out your car. There is a hole that continuously holds water and the solution that the office has come up with is to place a cone on it, which gets knocked over daily, so you cannot see it. The water level at this spot is literally so deep you could hydroplane and cause an accident.
The water tanks are only 20 gallons and it is impossible to take more than 1 single shower at any given time...leaving problems for time management.
The biggest hazard on this property is that it IS infested with RATS, not feild mice, RATS that weigh anywhere from 1-2 lobs up to about 6-7. We see them daily and in some units you can hear them in the walls. There is also a problem with roaches in at least one building and the office is not willing to take appropriate steps to stop the infestation from getting even further out of control.
Do not move here. All of the apartments that I have been in have the same shoddy workmanship and the grass is not cut in a timely manner. There is only one dumpster that winds up overflowing during the weekends which then helps the RATS feast.

I have not seen or heard one single good review of this property and the only part that looks good is the office, but of course that is not what you are moving into.

I moved on the property in Sept and I have several problems with things you said in this review. 1.If you move into a place that is still under construction there are bound to be some issues, Having said that how can you complain about uneven sod and having no grass and in the same breath say the grass isn't cut in a timely fashion? 2. Got gnats? hint! throw out the bananas on your counter they are no good! Hell you are living in Arkansas where the Mosquito is the state bird for cryn out loud! Roaches are usually caused by nasty neighbors, or they come with you when you move in from your previous apt. 3. Rats? Field mice? Where do you think they build new construction? Hello! an empty FIELD (in case you don't know this is the mice and rats HOME) Where did you think they would go? Come on! 4.I don't need more than 20 gallons of water to shower I don't even know what to say about that.... Just move to Memphis and there will so many other crimes going on you won't even notice the other stuff. My I suggest the Pinnacle in Midtown...Now there is a classy Place....LMAO
