I have lived here for over a year now. The main concerns I have are that the gates do not surround the property. That means this is NOT a gated community. A ditch seperates the apartments opposite of here and people jump over the ditch and can help themselves to whatever is on our side, pool, playground etc. The car care center they advertise is actually a carport with a water hose. The boat docking shed doesn't exist yet. The pool is more like a spa without the hot water. The pain is thin on the walls. If you rub them pant comes right off. Ceramic tile entry way, HAHA, only two pieces of tile..what a joke. I have seen only one rat, but it was runiing through the grass. I have had only good service through the management staff though. Thay always help me with my concerns. I have to call to get an a/c filter, but they bring it right out. Had a muddy yard and they brought sod right out. The goods out weigh the bads.
