I lived there for 1 1/2 years the ants were so bad I had to buy storage containers for everything. Then the roaches- when I bagged them up to show to management they said it was water roaches due to the rain and the ants were due to the rain- then the millipede worms showed up I gave my final written notice for them to fix the problem- they did not. This happened over a 6 month period there was not enough rain to back up their claim. I moved out with my 3 children. They tried to sue ME for leaving without notice. They had no "record" of my letters. Luckily I did and proof of the insect problem. ( I bagged them all up) The collection company has given up. Also the other comments are right- you do not get your deposit back- and they say they don't allow pets but it depends on who you are. They do allow pets they told me no and 3 weeks later my neighbors moved in with their dog and only had to pay extra deposit- go figure!
