Might be the best you can find in Marion, but . . . .

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2002
Multiple problems concerning quality.
Double pane window ? outside pane broken for over 1 month after the office was notified in writing.
Stains and bleached stops on carpet when I moved in.
Linoleum floor ?fixed? by hammering nails through and bending them over.
Sidewalk slicker than ice when it rains.
Unfortunately I?m stuck here. Marion does not offer a lot of 2 bedroom apartments.
Some positives. Golf course. (but poorly designed. Too many hazards and not enough reward for ?going for the pen.?
