Horrible Management. They own the sole cable and internet providers and do not care once you sign your lease. Power goes out randomly. A/C unit is mounted in bedroom ceiling, very loud. It leaked all over my bedroom and had to come and "Fix" it three times. Left a mess each time. My apartment flooded with and inch of water the second week I was there. Took two more weeks before they would clean the carpets. Maintence personnal tracked mud into my apartment, washed greasy hands in sink and left grease on my personal towel.
