I have lived at The Greens at Marion for 3 years.Every complex will have their few problems,but overall its a good place to live.Everyone is friendly and is very quiet and protected area.Police patrol constsntly.I have a child as well and feels very safe for him to play outside.As for bugs I have never seen one.They also have pest control spray every 3 months.I would greatly recommend this place over any other choices in Marion or West Memphis area.

the apartment building i am staying in has lots of loud music, i have complained but nothing has been done. other then that the place is nice
