Have lived here for about 6 month. Constant problems with ac. Air goes out and they won't come out even with a small child. Units are old with deferred maintenance and suggest if you can afford better, do so, if not work 2 jobs to avoid the hassle. Parking lot is full of holes, dumpsters stink and trash never picked up all at once.
