I have been living at the Greens for a little over a year now, I can say it hasn't been the best place to live nor the worst place to live. But there is a work around to make your stay more pleasant. First off only pay the extra for the cable expanded channels since it is the best value for tv viewing. Second is do not go with the cable internet as you pay what is supposed to be 1.5 mbps you barely get 100 to 500 kbps so dsl is the best option to go with since you can get upto 6 mbps from AT&T. Don't get a first floor apartment as you will hear your upstairs neighbor walking around most of the time especially if they are "heavy footed"! As far as another post about neighbors playing loud music, only after 10pm you should call the police and know which neighbor is being the offender, Marion has a curfew and if anyone is outside after that time they can get hauled off to jail. Call the cops for any of these offenses they won't come to your door nor will they ask you for any information other from what you can provide them.
As for maintanence I have been pretty satisfied everything has been fixed and have not had any pest problems since I moved in. As far as a rating for the place and it's inmenities I would give it a 3.9 out of five since the rating system here is a bit scued.
