The staff at The Greens are very helpful while sweet talking you into signing a lease. Once you have moved in you are completely on your own. The maintance is a joke. They have no clue what there doing... That is if your lucky enough for them to actually come to your apartment to try to fix the MANY problems you will have. The cabinets are junk, cheap particle board thrown together that will break constantly under light use, there is not enough parking per the amount of tennants, the staff with the exception of one lady are EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNHELPFUL JERKS. There is always nearby construction so it is always loud. This is NOT nearly as nice as they want it to seem. Not to mention for a small unpopulated town it is highly overpriced. If you look around you can easily find a house for the same price in much better condition. I almost forgot to mention the problem with the ants....
