The fairways at marion - I dont know what happen in the past, or some people,just had bad experiences but I stay in the fairways and havent had any problems. dont move here I have been living here for a year now. I have spiders, ants, and mosquitos none of there pest control works. my fridge was broken when i first moved in had to be replaced. oven and washer and dryer looks like its 100 years old, and works that way too. the a/c hardly ever

I just Moved here from Angelo's Grove I just moved in 2 weeks ago and so far no problems.. My apartment was very clean when I moved in and infact the management showed it to me for approval prior to moving in (never had that before) I live on the golf course side and it is a beautiful veiw!

Sorry, we don't care Have lived here for about 6 month. Constant problems with ac. Air goes out and they won't come out even with a small child. Units are old with deferred maintenance and suggest if you can afford better, do so, if not work 2 jobs to avoid the hassle. Parking
