Worse than the amusement park in Disney's Pinocchio, the fun ends and the horror begins at the The Greens At Marion 39% Recommended Aug 20 2007: Have lived here for about 6 month. Constant problems with ac. Air goes out and they won't come out even with a small child. Units are old with deferred maintenance and suggest if you can afford better, do so, if The Greens At Marion 39% Recommended Aug 10 2007: As indicated by the name of the complex, The Greens is located on a large gulf course. Unfortunately, my apartment does not face the course and therefor I do not have a room with a view. I lived in the Executive The Greens At Marion 39% Recommended Mar 08 2007: I have lived at The Greens at Marion for 3 years.Every complex will have their few problems,but overall its a good place to live.Everyone is friendly and is very quiet and protected area.Police patrol constsntly.I have a child as well The Greens At Marion 39% Recommended Jan 01 2007: These apts. are clean, well kept up and management is most accomodating. I've never seen a bug and I feel very safe. Convenient and a good deal financially. |
