My husband and I moved here when we got married. Before we moved here we were very impressed with the place. The management was very nice and helpful and it seemed like a great, very safe place to live. Safety was a main concern and before we moved in we were told by the manager that they were putting up gates and thats one of the reason rent was a lil high. I was ok with that because gates would make me feel safe. That was Dec of 07 and now it is Aug of 08 and there are still no gates. Thats very irritating to me.

We moved into a brand new complex. We were one of the first to move into the building. On the surface everything inside looked very nice. But then when you really start looking you see just how fast they threw the building up. There are nails sticking up where the carpet and the tile meet, you can see where they missed spots when they painted, our bathroom sink was leaking, our shower head broke off right after we moved in, plus much more. Whenever something is "wrong" it takes a few calls before they come and fix it. One of our biggest problems tho was mold. Our windows did not have screens in them and they would "sweat" very bad. There would be huge puddles of water on the window sills every day. If you did not wipe it up a few times a day they would turn too mold. When my husband and I went on our honeymoon and came back our bedroom window had powdery colored mold on the window sill. We complained, and complained and complained. We never got anywhere!! We were told it was a defect that they could not help at the time. Mold is not something to play with but they did not seem at all concerned about it. Finally 2 months ago they installed screens. Of course when they got to our apartment they only had 1 screen left. We did not get our other 2 screens installed till last week! Parking is AWFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!! There is dog poop everywhere!! And speaking of dogs they say in the contract that only small dogs are allowed but there is a dog that lives above us that is atleast 65 or more pounds and you can hear him at all hours of the night running around barking. Very annoying!

I understand that when you move into a new up and coming complex you have to deal with construction but the construction here is out of hand!!! They leave there stuff out everywhere!! There are nails and screws all over the ground and i even got a screw in the tire of my brand new truck. There is so much dirt everywhere that when it rains it turns into a huge mud hole that lasts for weeks! You can not park anywhere due to the workers cars and materials everywhere. It is just ugly, dirty, and extremely annoying. I kick myself for paying $750 a month to live here.

If I had to name some good positive things they would be: Water and trash is paid and it is convenient to LR and NLR. And thats about all! I would not recommend living here UNLESS you were able to get into one of the buildings that they first built where all of the construction is no longer taking place.

i totally agree with everything this user said. We were told in august 08 that there were going to be gates and in july 09 and still nothing...there are a lot of spiders and insects in our 1br apartment as well. The dog thing is true, and our neighbors must be well off for college students having 4 dogs with a 300 dollar deposit suppose to be for a dog and they crap every in the grass. The electric bill here is on the high side i think ... if you dont run the air its like 83 degree in the apart or like 65 in the winter. You can only get att tv here right now cause of some stupid contract they made. Parking is bad, plus there is standing water every where and the people who built this place didn't take the time so they are constantly redoing contrete cracks.

I live here and have a dog and have NEVER seen anyone with 4 dogs. Exaggeration.

I have a dog and I pick up after my dog because I see the staff picking up after other people's dogs. I agree that the dog poop was bad, but it is a lot better and I am very happy here. I have NEVER seen 4 dogs either, so I dont understand that comment. My electricity bill has never been over 80 dollars and I am in a 2 bedroom on the second floor and my child is constantly running it. The parking could be better, but I don't think that it is that bad. AT&T U-vErse is really great, some people are never happy...Overall I am happy! -Jones Family
