I have lived at Lexington Park in a three bedroom and a one bedroom for over two full rental agreements. I feel this is the best comunity to be a part of in the central arkansas area. This is why: because of the quality of the apartment, great staff, many amenities, convenient location, and an over all since of community. They are also cleaning up the grounds and I have not seen near as much dog mess in the grass infront of my window (I dont know if this is because of the new manager or not, but the big dog has not been infront of my window ever since). Since the new manager has taken over the customer sevice is a lot more personalized & I really look forward to coming to the partys at the club house. I have had things break ,but the staff is always quick to repair the items. They even add a more personal touch by following up with me the next day about how the repair was done. The only complaint I have is that our fountain that use to run is now broken and hasnt worked for sometime, but I have seen the workers working on it a lot. I have lived in apartments since 2002, so I have had many different apartment experiences in central arkansas. I can honestly say this is the best experience I have ever had. This is proven by the friends I have referred to live here.
