If you pay your rent on time or before the 5th of the month. And you sign a 6 month lease. Every 6 months Kelli and Jennifer will raise your rent by 10 to 25dollars. So there is no reward for paying your rent on time. And your are punish for not signing a longer lease agreement. And for the price there should be a playground for the kids. But instead the money is spent on the pool parties and other parties for alcohol for their parties. And also they don't believe in hiring Americans there is only 1 black male that work there. When I ask if they were hiring they said no and about a week later the owners family member had a job there because she was preganant. They also hire Illegal Aliens to build the complex and clean the complex all of the worker there are Mexican. The maintanance worker are white and one is a girl. Barbie was better in the office. She trained Jennifer Before she got the boot. It rained in my apartment the first night I lived there so much for construction please check everything before you move in MOLD is there and the complex is threw together. They charged so much to live there but hire cheap labor.

I completly disagree with this post! 1. If you pay your rent on time you are not penalized with a late fee, that should be thank you enough! 2. I have lived at Lexington Park for almost 3 years, signing a 6 month lease at a time and only pay $15 more than I did in 2007 3. A playground? Give me a pool party any day :) 4. Hmm...dont believe in hiring Americans? Isnt the owner a lawyer? Oh yeah he is, dont think he is breaking any labor laws, call me crazy, but he knows what he is doing.. Do you have a law degree too? 5. And i am not catty enough to comment on the Barbie/Jen comment, but there are probably far more reasons than you are aware of about that subject. 6. Rent is VERY reasonable. That is why occupancy is usually full. 7. "the complex is threw together" enough said. All in all, Lexington Park is an excellent place to live for the price. From the welcoming staff, to the granite countertops, from the gorgeous pool to the quarterly newsletter, Lexington Park is attentive to detail and courteous in every way. It is a great place to live From, A happy resident!
