Worst apartment complex in Maumelle Very noisy. The staff does not fix anything. My roof has been leaking for 6 months. They have promised to put up a fence when we got here, 8 months later still no fence. They make promises but never deliver on anything. Awful, please do not move here.

Absolutely Awful Walls are paper thin.
Staff are rude and unhelpful.
Drunken idiots spinning tires on the weekends in the parking lot.
No security and the security gates are always broken.
