If you're looking for the best bang for your buck, then I'd look elsewhere, considering the price is too expensive for the wear and tear of the townhomes. The cost just doesn't compare to what you're getting at Apple Valley. It's like buying a used car, and you have to take it as is, and don't even look for any upgrades, because it's the same as it was when it was built. If something's broken don't bother getting it fixed after moving in. The maintenance staff is inadequate, so don't look for any help in case of a serious maintenance emergency, and or issue. The parking is plentiful, if only the neighbors would use the spaces, instead of lazily parking in front of their doors, blocking all oncoming traffic. Yes, you can hear your neighbors televisions as well, so don't bother complaining about that. If there's trash on the grounds, please be a good Someritan and pick it up, because no one else will.
