I've been here for a year and a half. I am really satisfied with the maintenance. When I would report something wrong they would come the same day to get it fixed. I cannot hear a single noise from the neighbors and have not heard any complaints on the noises that my kids make in the middle of the night. There is always adequate parking and the trash bin outside is convenient placed right outside my complex. The only flaw is that the place is a little old, the dishwasher is outdated and so is most of the drawers, tiles, doors, windows, and blinds. The walls have been painted over and over. Other then that, I have no complaints.
