The property manager is just a mean hearted person. She has no people skills at all. The women she has working for her are afraid of her and I think that's what she likes. The apartments are nice and the place is fairly quite( no one dares to have a party or get- together) There are gates but they are never closed, anyone can come into the new phase. It's too intimidating to live there. Late on your rent' OH!! forget about it!! They will make you feel like a criminal. In fairness the apartments are large and nice. Most of the people that live there are nice but keep to themselves.

I completely agree with you. The office manager is a much older butchy gray haired woman with a grudge on her shoulder. She is the reason we left 1 1/2 yrs ago. I haven't seen the new apartments but one of my coworkers lives there and he said that they are pretty nice but that there is a problem with mold and insects in the new apartments because the windows and doors are very poorly sealed.

I've lived here for over a year now, and I don't really have a comment on the manager because I haven't had any dealings with her directly, however everyone else has been really nice to me. As far as the rent goes.... is it that hard for you to pay it on time?? haha They give you til the 5th even tho it's due on the first, which is what normally happens at most complexes. And I am extremely happy that they take noise complaints seriously. I love how quiet it is! The last apartment complex I lived in I either had the people below me throwing a party with music vibrating up through the floor or the noisy boys above me who sounded like the were throwing furniture across the room.

Agree - Manager is very rude. Staff is nice. Manager is crazy.

I lived at Foothills many, many years. I loved my apt, but I could not stand Vicky. She was a smart-ass, know-it-all b____. She treated people like stupid children. She once let some offsite maintenance men in, alone, who stole drugs (I'd just had surgery) from my bathroom. I came home unexpectedly and they got in a real big hurry to leave. They also left the door open and my pet could have run out. Vicky didn't care. Management needs to wake up and get rid of her. All her employees have always been scared of her. I loved everything about Foothills but would never live there again as long as Vicky is there.
