The main manager is very unproffesional and judgemental, she stereotypes the military personnel. If the place wasnt so nice I would'nt move in but a three bedroom 1346 sq ft to hard to pass up. The owner needs to fire that manager though. So Owner if you read this fire Sandy. But Amber is very nice so she should be promoted!!!!!!!

There have been many complaints in regards to the head manager at this apartment complex. A majority of the residents occupying these quarters happen to be military (of all branches). It is absurd for the manager to advertise the fact that military members are a noise issue to prospective residents in the position that she holds. It is biased and discriminating to military members who are dedicated to serving this country. Take into consideration that these are very close apartments, and I'm almost certain that the walls aren't made of cement, so of course it is more than likely that noise from each others apartments will be heard. It is not right to turn the spotlight and isolate the problem only towards military.

Hate to say it Anonymous, but there is some truth to the "military members are a noise issue" statement. I have two military guys sharing an apartment below me at this place. They hold parties almost every weekend, and there will be about ten or fifteen people down there chatting and laughing...and there will be loud music and guitar playing as well. It's a huge nuisance, especially when they let the parties carry on past midnight and beyond.

How about instead of "military members are the noise issue" say "young people are the noise issue". Lumping us old farts and youngsters in the military into one category of noisemakers is rather illogical.

Also, lumping "young people are the noise issue" isn't any more logical. You have the same attitude as others do against the military people....except you direct it towards young people. Therefore you are the same type of scum that stereotype the military people.
