The noise is awful and the police say it's the management's job, so they refuse to do anything about it. The management will not enforce their own laws for quiet.Promised repairs never happen.25 pounds of paint on the walls. Peeling PAINT on the counter tops. Poor carpets and floor coverings like vinyl.I begged for noise management and it never happened.It is like living under a bowling alley.
