Management is bad. The manager's name is Laura Heard and the management company is RCP Management. The manager is rude and has been seen yelling at tenants. The buildings an grounds are rundown and in need of repair and upgrade. The windows are old. The walls have 30 years of paint on them and are peeling. The kitchen cabinets are nailed together. `The complex is totally electric and the bills are high. The apartments are not worth the exorbitant rent. The appliances are old and in aeed replacement. The vinyl floors come up around the edges after two months of living here. Basically I regret having moved here and I discourage anyone who asks about living here. Lots of roaches. Lots of trash around the complex that is not picked up by anyone. Poorly lit at night. Across the street from fire station. The water bills tripled in one year due to a water pipe break and management doesn't want to fix the leak or the parking lot. The expense for the water bills has been passed on to the tenants.
