I moved here 8 months ago and just signed a year lease. I like the management staff here, they work with you if you have some financial problems and can't get the rent on time, as long as you explain what's happening, then they are cool. Safety, I usually work nights and get home late and mostly do all my stuff at night, like my laundry in the laundry facility. So I have never had any issues with safety when doing laundry at 4AM. I leave my car unlocked a lot of times, never had anyone break into it. I don't hear a lot of noise. If there is a noise, maybe a kid playing or a dog barking. The complex is doing some rennovations right now painting and stuff, so that may be some noise you hear around here. As for maintenance, they fix their problems and handle any emergency situation that arises. And trust me I have had some maintenance issues like flooding, not bad flooding, just some flooding and they have completely been on the make about fixing the situation. They are also very pet friendly, and my pets are everything to me and they are totally cool with your dogs. I highly recommend this place.
