Old apartment, in poor shape inside. Very pet friendly. Expensive rent especially if you require a short term lease. Quiet area, felt safe for the most part while we lived here.....could use better locks on entry doors. Management was always friendly as was maintenance staff. Only major issue was getting our security deposit back when we left. There was no damage or issues, just took a very long time and several phone calls on our part to recieve check. Which is a pain when you are relocating to another state.
