Most of the reviews are 100% accurate. The complex is very old and the appliances are even older. I lived there for a year and had 3 stoves replaced during that period. It went so far as us not having a stove for a full month. The management is very rude and unprofessional. There was an actual incident were one of mangagers actually yelled at my fiance like he was a small child. The maintenence guy is a fast talker and is not prompt when it came to any type of repairs. There was also a period last year where it rained for about 3 or 4 day straight, during this time my 5 year old's closet wall was filled will mildew and the carpeting in the closet was wet and reaked of that terrible mildew odor. It took almost 3 months for the wall to get repaired. The repair men also left loose nails on the floor and didnt clean up their mess. By the way I have three small children and they indured major health and saftey hazards to myself and my family. The insulation is horrible. This winter we had had to turn the thermometer up past 85 degrees to keep it warm enough. My electric bill skyrocketed to $380 this past month. The cabinets in the kitchen are horrible, they have been peeling and falling apart since about 5 months into the lease. The maintenence guy said that was normal. The outside has trash and paper all around. Although the grass gets cut every week, rain, sleet or snow, they will just leave the trash on the grounds. Oh yes, almost forgot...SAFE'' Not at all. About 3 months ago we had someone break into our car. Fortunatlly no harm was done to the car, but they did take my 1 year old's car seat and cases of cd's. I would not recommend the complex to my worst enemy! On a scale from 1-10, I give them about a 2 and thats only because they kept the grass cut.
