I lived here for about four years. The previous staff, Kelley, the manager and Jessica the Assistant Manager, were great! I don't know what happened but both of them left and now they have the RUDEST staff! Geri, the new manager, talks your ear off about NOTHING! and the assistant manager is just plain rude! My lease expired in February and I moved to a neighboring community, Foothills. Thay are MUCH better! McCain Park has trash and thucgs everywhere now that they have hired new managers. I contacted the owners, TriVest Residential, out of Dallas, but they were absolutely no help. All they care about is making money. If you have to live in an apt in NLR, go to Foothills.

I'm not sure where this person is coming from. Their comments don't seem to match the facts. If they moved out in February, why complain now? Jessica left mid-June of 2006 to stay home with her baby and the new Asst. Mgr. started the last of April-after this person moved out. Mr./Ms. Anonymous sounds like a very unhappy person. Did they voice their concerns to management in a mature way? And if they did, but used this same tone, no wonder they received no satisfaction. You catch a whole lot more bees with honey than you do with vinegar. Try it sometime, you might like it.
