This place is in dire need of some renovations. Rolling out some linoleum flooring and calling it done is not cutting it. The cabinetry is not only downright ancient, but it had to run for a buck a door back when it was new. It's nothing but plywood with a sheet of pseudo wood glued on. This trend is also followed in the bathrooms. The slightest moisture in these cabinets causes them to swell and take on an appearance that's similar to crap. Everything is way past its prime and in need of replacing, including the windows (which let in the most terrifying pests).

Speaking of pests, the Orkin man is better off having tea with the tenants than actually spraying. It's useless. I'm disgusted to live in a place with roaches, especially when I'm good about keeping things clean. Roaches are not a "typical" problem, I've never dealt with them until I moved here. It's so gross.

Overall, I would not recommend this place for any reason other than it being conveniently located. The management and maintenance are okay, nothing beyond mediocre. The actually apartments are where the scores plummet.
