I've "lived" at Overbrook for 2ish months and plan to live there only a few months more. I'm in the military and I'm often away for training. The residents are quite standoffish and most are negative about the place. The previous post talking about how horrible the place is, is mostly correct.. just not in such a dramatic way. I've only lived there a bit (actually I was only there a week or so) and my car was keyed pretty deep on the trunk lid. Also... I've heard from neighbors that cars get vandalized often in the parking lot. The units are slightly overpriced and that whole thing about there being no light fixtures is QUITE true and is quite annoying. Other than that.. they're a tad disorganized; I got an eviction notice (no phone call, no warning) about three days into my stay there. Good times, their mistake of course.
