I moved into Overbrook in May from Atlanta, GA. I have been amazed that the management company who handles this complex is still in business. While the apartment has been great, the management has made my stay here very unpleasant. I have nothing but problems with them in trying to get items fixed within the apartment. Given that my building was built back in the 1970's, there are many items which are simply not replaced anymore. Example would be the screen door off the back patio. Each and every time I have submitted a request to the office for maintenance, I have to continually follow up on it and many times having to submit multiple requests to get the same item repaired. Having been in Atlanta, I have never experienced this type of behavior from what is supposed to be a professional staff.
